Many products are handmade or individually finished. Small variations in embroidery, beadwork, placement, colour, fabric and finish may form part of the product’s individual character and are not necessarily defects.

Where tailoring, alterations or customisation are requested, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements and checking the agreed alteration details. Additional timeframes and charges may apply.

Tailored, altered or customised products are subject to the conditions in our Returns Policy. Nothing in this section limits rights that apply where a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Dispatch estimates, delivery timeframes, tracking, customs charges and destination conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Ready-to-ship orders are generally dispatched within one business day after payment is confirmed. Tailored, altered, customised or pre-order products may require additional processing time.

We remain responsible for assisting with parcels that are missing, damaged or incorrectly supplied where required by law.

Voluntary change-of-mind exchanges and store credits are governed by our Returns Policy.

Consumer-guarantee rights for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed products are separate from voluntary return conditions and cannot be removed by these Terms.

Appointment availability is subject to confirmation. Please arrive on time and notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Styling guidance is based on the information and preferences provided to us. Final product and size selection remains the customer’s decision unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The website and its content—including branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts and original designs—are owned by or licensed to House of Kalakar and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
