Shipping Charges and Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated using the delivery address and service selected at checkout.
All orders over AUD $250 receive free shipping where the offer is displayed at checkout. Any exclusions or destination restrictions will be shown before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Tracking can take a short time to update after the parcel is first lodged with the carrier. Please check your junk or spam folder if the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox.
Tailored, Altered and Pre-Order Products
The one-business-day dispatch promise applies to ready-to-ship products.
Orders containing tailoring and/or alterations require an additional two business days processing time.
Address Changes and Delivery Instructions
Please check your name, address, postcode and contact details carefully before completing checkout.
Contact us immediately if an address needs to be changed. We will try to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been packed or dispatched.
Any authority-to-leave, safe-drop, redirection or collection options are subject to the carrier’s services and conditions.

Damaged Parcels or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please retain the product and packaging and provide clear photographs of:
- The product and the issue.
- The outer parcel and internal packaging.
- The shipping label.
