Please contact us at contact@houseofkalakar.com.au within two weeks of receiving your order. We will require you to provide us with photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect product in order to process your return.
Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind or for incorrect sizing. We encourage our customers to carefully check the sizing guide before making a purchase. In case you need assistance with sizing, our customer service team will be happy to help.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange once we have received the returned product. Please note that all returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
